No news papers, no CNN.com, no TV news networks. None of this for one week.
This is more difficult for some, less for others. It's really tough for me. I've got this bad habit whenever I'm online to check out CNN.com.
It wastes tons of time, and it's really frustrating because they never seem to report good news.
Give it a try. It's very refreshing.
In this information age, sometimes it's a good idea to limit your information diet.
