For those of you who read the post about bums in San Francisco. On the left is a picture of the tactical bum that is ready for the Apocalypse. Notice the shoulder pads, back armor, elbow pads and trench coat. Another thing I should note is he was wearing all black on a 65 degree day.
I don't know about you, but if this guy ran up to me and told me there was a cybernetic killing machine from the future after me, I might just believe him. Then I realized I was in the state of California and the actor who played the killing machine is the Governor. Truth is stranger than fiction.
